What a modern political dashboard should actually do
A useful civic dashboard is not a cluttered admin wall. It should separate creator tools, editor controls, live poll management, and structured site governance cleanly.
The current creator dashboard in this repo already hints at one future lane: creator uploads, poll participation, and performance monitoring. That is different from an editorial CMS.
The next production phase separates those concerns. Members get a personal workspace. Editors and super admins get a dedicated admin portal for content, site copy, media, Darlene’s knowledge base, and review queues.
That separation is not cosmetic. It is what makes the platform manageable after launch, especially when editorial updates become daily operations rather than developer-only work.
